Your Career With Us
Established in 1858, Symonds & Sampson is one of the longest-established and highly regarded independent firms of Chartered Surveyors in the South West. With 17 regional offices employing over 200 people, we pride ourselves on being a ‘one-stop-shop’ of property experts, committed to providing high-quality service to our clients with outstanding customer service.
None of this would be possible without our staff – undoubtedly our greatest asset. Many have been with us for many years, progressing their careers and truly becoming lynchpins within the firm.
Our ‘front-line’ agents and surveyors act for clients in the sale, purchase and management of their residential, rural and commercial property. Behind the scenes is a network of accomplished administrators, accountants, marketing, and compliance departments whose roles are essential to the smooth operation of the business.
We encourage social engagement within each office and the wider firm with social functions, sporting opportunities, and the opportunity to join in with our charity fundraising, which could be anything from baking for an office coffee morning to a parachute jump!
