With 16 regional offices employing over 150 people, we pride ourselves on being a ‘one-stop-shop’ of property experts, committed to providing high-quality service to our clients with outstanding customer service.

You might progress in your chosen career; you might similarly be drawn to another aspect of our business – one of our recently qualified Building Surveyors was an Estate Agent for several years before choosing a different career path.

A number of our senior professionals and Partners have worked their way up from apprenticeship or graduate entry to their current positions. Whether client-facing or as part of the invaluable supporting departments, all of our staff are an integral part of the Symonds & Sampson team and the sky is the limit to how far and how quickly you can progress your career path.

Graduate Programme, Apprenticeships & Mentoring

When recruiting, we tailor your training programme to meet your needs. Whether entering as an apprentice or graduate, we aim to recruit people with bright talent at the beginning of their careers and provide the training and support they need to become future leaders within our firm.

  • Regular contact with supervisors and counsellors through quarterly meetings
  • Comprehensive support & training towards qualifications
  • Monthly study groups
  • External professional body training events
  • Monthly meetings with an in-house RICS APC & CAAV assessor
  • Continued review of submissions and case studies
  • Feedback from our in-house APC auditor
  • Mock interviews prepared by APC assessors

We are very proud to report since the implementation of our updated training programme we have achieved a 100% pass rate for our MRICS and AssocRICS candidates.
