Symonds & Sampson’s Building Survey and Design team are able to prepare the detailed drawings required to accompany a planning application and oversee the new build with the preparation of technical drawings and specifications for Building Regulation requirements. We also regularly work with architects where clients have an existing relationship in place.

Selling The Site. You may decide to sell a site with planning permission, you may develop the site and sell the finished property.
