Symonds & Sampson is delighted to welcome Rural Chartered Surveyor Alice Nicholson to the firm.

Alice, who is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer, has joined the Yeovil office as part of Symonds & Sampson’s commitment to strengthening our rural team of agents delivering a wide range of professional services across Somerset and neighbouring counties.

Alice has spent the past four years building her career in the surveying profession and gained her RICS qualification in 2025. She brings experience across a variety of professional services, including the Valuation of Rural Property, Landlord and Tenant Matters, Estate Management, and Rural Planning.

Alice joins an established Rural department in Yeovil, working alongside Greg Ridout, Lucy Carnell, Joanna Down, Harriet Andrews, George Russo, and Will Machin. She can be reached by email and on 01935 818517.
