Rent Review & Market Appraisal

In commercial property, the rent review process is often defined by the lease and interpreted by the surveyor, or if you fail to agree, by an independent third party through representation. Lease renewals, including setting the rent, are governed by the overarching legislation in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (unless opted out), which is a slightly more complex matter.
 
Often working in conjunction with solicitors, we advise on required Notices and indicative rents to ensure our clients’ positions are best protected. We are also able to offer Formal Representation at third-party determination as well as Expert Witness in Court settlements.
 

Lease Review & Property Inspection Services

Our experts can provide a mid-lease appraisal to Landlords and Tenants. This would include a review of rents, of terms, and an inspection of the property.
