 | Andrew Keen AssocRICS ACABE MPTSHead of Commercial Building Surveying | Sturminster Andrew joined Symonds & Sampson in 2024 as Head of Commercial Building Surveying based in our Sturminster Newton Office. He brings over 25 years of experience within the industry, working alongside major contractors, consultants, and property developers throughout the UK. He motivates diverse teams on a variety of construction projects, adheres to high professional standards, and develops long-term client relationships. Andrew specialises in Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters, CDM 2015 regulations – accepting the role of Principal Designer for clients and acting for either landlord or tenant in Dilapidations negotiation. He is also an RICS certified Expert Witness, specialising in construction disputes.
