Symonds & Sampson are pleased to announce that nearly all houses and bungalows at Boardman Fields, Chickerell, have been sold.
 
The site, formerly known as North Ground Piggery, was marketed with planning permission by our Development Land & New Homes department. It was purchased by highly regarded developer Nord Homes , who redesigned and constructed an exclusive development of six bungalows and two houses. Launched to the market in April 2024 the site has generated significant interest, and the first occupants moved in in early September 2024.
