 | Alice Nicholson MRICSRural Chartered Surveyor | Yeovil, Ilminster Alice joined Symonds & Sampson in 2026 as a Rural Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer and works within the Rural and Professional department across our Yeovil and Ilminster Offices. Alice is committed to providing clients with well‑considered, straightforward advice and is known for her friendly and approachable manner. She undertakes a wide range of professional work, including valuations, landlord and tenant matters, and rural planning. Prior to joining Symonds & Sampson, Alice qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor in 2025 with a national firm of agents, where she spent four years developing her professional experience and went on to become a RICS Registered Valuer. Having grown up on Exmoor, she has always had a close connection to the countryside and a keen interest in the rural economy. Alice first completed an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science before achieving a master’s degree in Estate Management, combining her academic background with her passion for rural land and property.
