Our surveyors specialise in residential, rural, and commercial property sectors and operate throughout Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire, and Hampshire. We have undertaken many projects for private and corporate clients, ranging in size from simple extensions or conversions and renovations to large-scale development sites.  

Working independently or as part of an inter-professional team, our surveyors regularly collaborate with our planning consultants, estate managers, and commercial surveyors to provide a holistic design approach. The process can be complex and time-consuming, particularly during the initial planning stages; however, by ensuring that we understand our client’s wishes from the outset, we can schedule the steps necessary throughout the process to prevent avoidable delays, and the project progresses to building regulations, technical design, and solutions.  

 Furthermore, we can act as a Principal Designer under Part 2A of the Building Regulations for projects that we have designed and prepare details of all the specifications a contractor will need for the project to progress smoothly - something that is at the forefront of the designers, and clients' minds from the very early stages of inception.  Our early involvement in a project can make the accumulation of detail more straightforward. We regularly use a pool of trusted and approved local building contractors, and we can advise you on the most appropriate method of procuring your project and assist you through the process.
