Symonds & Sampson are delighted to announce the appointment of Joanna Down as a Rural Partner, based in their Yeovil office.Joanna, who is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer, has joined the Yeovil office as part of their commitment to strengthen their rural team of agents delivering a wide range of professional services in South Somerset and neighbouring counties.
A farmer's daughter from Dorset, Joanna has over 16 years’ experience acting for farming businesses, landowners and institutional clients throughout the region, and has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of rural services, including valuation of rural property, Landlord and Tenant matters, sales and purchase, Agri-environment schemes and compensation work.
