 | Jess Read MRICS FAAVCompliance and Professional Standards Surveyor | Poundbury Burraton House Jess originally joined Symonds & Sampson in 2012, qualifying as a Rural Surveyor while working from our Sturminster Office. She rejoined the firm in 2023 as a Rural Chartered Surveyor after a career break, and is now a Compliance and Professional Standards Surveyor. She is an RICS Registered Valuer and much of her time has been spent guiding clients through the environmental grant schemes, preparing and submitting grant applications to the Rural Payments Agency (RPA). Taking a sideways step in 2026, Jess now works in our compliance department, maintaining professional standards within the firm.
