Parcels of agricultural land have proved extremely popular in Symonds & Sampson’s collective property auctions this autumn. Ranging in size from 6 to 24 acres, prices have averaged over £15,000 per acre for bare land.Prices are driven by strong competition from both local and amenity buyers as well as farmers and investors, but there are still plenty of opportunities in our forthcoming auctions.
