 | Will Wallis FRICS FAAVPartner, Auctioneer, Head of Farm Agency | Poundbury - Burraton House, Frome Market Following his graduation from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Will gained experience and qualification locally before joining Symonds & Sampson in 2007. He is a Partner of the firm, and is Head of Farm Agency, working within the Rural and Professional Department and based at our Poundbury, Burraton House Office. Will carries out a wide range of professional services to his predominantly rural client base, including farm payments, environmental schemes, valuations (including probate, secured lending, company and private asset restructuring, annual stocktaking, and other tax valuations), farms and land agency, and wider professional work including utilities and compensation claims, rural planning and general land and estate management. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, and auctioneer at Frome Livestock Market.
