 | Paul Heard MRICS FAAVPartner | Tiverton Paul became a Partner in Symonds & Sampson in 2021, when Heards RPS, the Surveying Practice he had established with his wife Angela, merged with Symonds & Sampson from a new office in Tiverton. So successful was the move, that Tiverton has been one of our fastest expanding offices and we commit to offering a complete range of Professional Services into Devon and surrounding counties. Following his graduation from Seale Hayne College in 1999 with an Honours Degree in Rural Estate Management, Paul held various positions in both public sector and private firms, gaining a wide range of experience in the rural sector. Paul carries out a diverse and comprehensive range of professional services to his predominantly rural client base. His particular strength is within the agricultural Auction Department, where he has been the driving force behind our Online Timed Auctions, as well as the face of onsite livestock, dispersal and fodder sales in the west of our region. When not working, Paul can be found working on the family farm.
