You couldn’t fail to spot Symonds & Sampson during the Yeovil Half Marathon yesterday (Sunday). No fewer than six runners were among the 1,500 runners enjoying perfect conditions. Huge congratulations to Morgan, Harriet, Finn, Eloise, Nick and Andrew for completing in impressive times, and a special mention to ‘team manager’ and marshall/photographer, Jeremy (and India), for organising.Between them, team S&S runners have already raised £245 for the firm’s chosen charities for 2025, Prostate Cancer UK and Macmillan Cancer Support. Jeremy Smith, Residential Partner in our Yeovil Office, is a former participant and now marshall at the event. "Symonds & Sampson are proud to have sponsored the event for several years now, and runners will no doubt have enjoyed checking off the miles as they pass the prominent S&S mile markers along the route. The 2025 team was the largest team of runners from the firm we have ever had, and we hope their success will inspire colleagues to join them and grow the team in the years to come. It’s a great community event within the town, brilliantly organised and well-supported, and we are delighted to be one of its most established sponsors".
