The catalogue for our November ‘Beat the Budget’ property auction was launched in The London Office by Senior Residential Sales Manager Peter Grout-Smith, Rural Sales Manager Angela Gillibrand, and Residential Sales Manager David Price on Thursday, 30 October.A strong hand of entries includes several interesting opportunities for investors in commercial, residential and development properties on the coast in Hayle, Lyme Regis and Swanage, as well as established town-centre investments in Gillingham and Dorchester.
Farmland has sold well at auction this year, and 3.51 acres with a useful building in North Devon may prove as popular as recent lots sold in the area. Cottages, bungalows, and houses in some of the region’s prettiest towns and villages are attracting interest, as is a 603 sq m suite of offices at Codford in Wiltshire.
