 | Peter Grout-Smith MNAEAResidential Sales Partner | Poundbury - Archpoint House Peter joined Symonds & Sampson in 2011, and has risen to Residential Sales Partner at our Poundbury, Archpoint House Office. His long-time interest in property and architecture led him to a career in Estate Agency some 25 years ago. The opportunity to move to our Poundbury office when it opened in 2012 was the perfect opening for Peter, who has developed a tremendous love of the area and loyalty to the community established there. In turn, as an experienced and MNAEA qualified agent, he has established a loyal following with Poundbury and surrounding areas. Peter is also very involved in the firm’s connections with The London Office, regularly planning and attending events in the capital, and also is one of the key organisers of the firm’s charitable activities.
