Andrew heads the firm's Commercial Building Survey department, and this significant step formalises and strengthens the firm’s capabilities in expert witness work within the construction industry.Andrew joins a team of RICS Expert Witnesses who have thoroughly mastered the technical, procedural, and ethical demands placed on expert witnesses. From report writing and courtroom behaviour to cross-examination preparation and professional standards, the course reinforces the high level of diligence, impartiality, and clarity expected from those providing expert opinion in legal disputes.
Andrew’s specialism within the commercial sector enables him to assist and advise on any construction disputes where clients require independent, technically sound, and court-compliant expert opinion, whether at the pre-action stage or as part of ongoing proceedings, and including:

- Expert reports and CPR Part 35 compliance
- Pre-trial advice and support
- Expert evidence and cross-examination readiness
