By holding our auctions in person, we offer the traditional style of auctions that many clients crave. However, by streaming online and offering telephone and proxy bidding, we also fully leverage technology and our marketing power to engage potential buyers from far and wide.

Selling at auction provides buyers and sellers alike with a fast, simple, and secure way to sell property. Working with solicitors in the lead-up to the auction, we can provide prospective purchasers with the legal pack in advance of the auction, thus enabling the exchange of contracts at the fall of the hammer. Completion follows on a specified date (usually 28 days).
