 | Richard Miller FRICS FAAVManaging Partner | Poundbury - Burraton House Dorset born Richard studied at the Royal Agricultural University before qualifying as a surveyor in Cornwall and returning home to join Symonds & Sampson in 1990. He is Managing Partner of the firm, whilst his professional work is centred around a mainly rural client base operating from the Poundbury, Burraton House office. His specialisms include estate management, agricultural landlord and tenant matters, property valuations, development work including option and promotion agreements and all kinds of work that require a detailed eye and a certain amount of experience.
