Chief Operating Officer | Poundbury - Burraton House

Rachel joined Symonds & Sampson in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer based in our Poundbury, Burraton House Office.
 
Originally a Business Studies graduate, Rachel has predominantly worked in the fields of Recruitment, HR and contingency workforce management before joining the firm, bringing with her a wealth of experience. Her varied, firm-wide role includes responsibility for HR, Health & Safety, compliance, strategic planning and business development.
 
Outside of work, Rachel sea swims all year round and is also a Strongman enthusiast, even having competed at an amateur level.
