 | Jeremy Smith MNAEAResidential Partner, Head of Residential | Yeovil Jeremy’s estate agency career began at the age of just 17 when he joined his late father’s firm and worked in the Lyme Regis and Bridport areas. He subsequently worked in Yeovil, Exeter and Taunton, before moving to Bristol where he managed 8 offices for a corporate agency. Disillusioned by the pressure to sell mortgages rather than houses, he joined Symonds & Sampson in 2012. A qualified NAEA agent his experience saw him take our Beaminster office to number one in the firm before he moved to our Yeovil office, subsequently becoming Head of the Residential Agency Department in 2022. Fishing and Arsenal are Jeremy’s passions, alongside his dogs, India and Lanesra – much adored by Jeremy and his girlfriend.
