 | Jane Ruell MRICS FAAVRural Chartered Surveyor | Tiverton Jane joined our Tiverton Office in 2022 as a Graduate Rural Surveyor, moving to our Poundbury, Burraton House Office in 2025, before qualifying as Rural Chartered Surveyor in 2026 and returning to Tiverton. Before joining the firm, Jane’s varied career included beef and sheep farming on Exmoor, establishing a bookkeeping business, setting up community cooperatives as well as bringing up her family. She carries out a range of services to her primarily rural client base including planning, rural grants and compensation negotiations. She has a particular interest in local, healthy food systems using a true cost accounting approach.
