 | Gemma Cassidy MARLAResidential Lettings Administrator | Ilminster, Sherborne, Yeovil Gemma first joined Symonds & Sampson in 1998, originally in the Residential Sales Office. She left to bring up her young family, returning in 2007 as a Residential Lettings Administrator in the Yeovil Office, covering property lettings in Yeovil, Ilminster and Sherborne. She is a MARLA-qualified agent with a strong work ethic, tremendous attention to detail and a positive attitude, skills valued equally by colleagues and clients alike. In 2026, Gemma was delighted to be part of the Residential Lettings team, awarded the prestigious ‘Best Letting Agent in Sherborne’ award for 2025-26 by the British Property Awards.
