 | Edward Dyke FRICS FAAVPartner | Sturminster Newton A graduate of the Royal Agricultural University, Edward joined Symonds & Sampson in 2011. He is a Partner based at our Sturminster Newton Office and working within the Rural and Professional Department. As a Rural Chartered Surveyor, Edward’s client base is primarily in the rural sector. He acts for Landowners, Landlords and Tenants; he is an experienced valuer undertaking valuations for a wide variety of clients including financial institutions, probate, Capital Gains Tax and tax planning, and joint sole expert valuation in dispute matters. He is also an AMC Agent, and highly regarded for his planning expertise including negotiating Option and Promotion agreement and submitting planning applications for clients for a wide variety of projects from simple agricultural buildings, occupancy dwellings, residential and commercial developments.
