With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Andy brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in delivering exceptional results across various domains, principally Dilapidations, Party Walls, etc. Act matters, and CDM Principal Designer responsibilities.Andy’s deep understanding of Dilapidations ensures that clients receive comprehensive advice, opinions and solutions tailored to mitigate risks and optimise outcomes during lease negotiations and end-of-tenancy settlements. His methodical approach to Party Wall matters has consistently facilitated amicable resolutions, ensuring that projects progress smoothly while maintaining strong neighbourly relations.
As a CDM Principal Designer, Andy has demonstrated an exceptional ability to integrate health and safety considerations seamlessly into the design process, safeguarding both compliance and innovation. His strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail have been instrumental in ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed industry standards.
