Part of the key to Symonds & Sampson’s success in the property auction room is their marketing. As well as Rightmove, Primelocation, and Zoopla, advertisements are placed in regional newspapers and there is some excellent content on social media. Meeting and talking to buyers, however, is fundamental and, when people have busy lives, it is sometimes more convenient for us to travel and meet potential bidders.That is why a part of the auction team travelled to The London Office to promote the 16 May auction, and partners Meredith Wallis and George Whittaker - together with Adam Taylor and Shula Harvey - were proud to discuss the lots.
Meredith explains “We have lots in Dorset, Somerset, Cornwall, and Hampshire with a great mixture of cottages for improvement, commercial property, agricultural land and development opportunities. We will be holding the auction in East Dorset and catalogues are available.”
