Symonds & Sampson were proud to support RABI and Yeovil Free Wheel (Blood Bikes) as their chosen charities during 2024.Some of the most popular and successful events included:
- The annual coffee and cake morning in the Poundbury office. Always incredibly well supported by the local community, guests enjoyed a wonderful selection of homemade bakes. Local businesses contributed generously to a raffle, and the morning raised a record-breaking £1,850!
- Our Beaminster office hosted its annual summer garden party in the beautiful gardens of Peter Brook. Guests were treated to a delicious spread prepared by Caroline Childs-Chaffey and colleagues.
- At the firm’s summer party, staff enjoyed the opportunity to support the charities by indulging in some lively virtual horse racing. After the prize money, the entry fees collected were donated to charity.
- Many local businesses, friends and colleagues enjoyed a charity golf tournament hosted jointly with Porter Dodson solicitors, with proceeds donated to the two firms’ chosen charities.
- Our Axminster, Blandford, Ilminster & Sherborne offices organised festive fundraisers during December.

Looking forward to 2025, Symonds & Sampson are pleased to announce that our chosen charities will be Macmillan Cancer Support and Prostate Cancer UK. We will be hosting various fundraising events throughout the year. Please stay tuned to our website and social media sites for more details!
