Our team of professionals were exhibiting our properties at the prestigious London and Country Property Show held yesterday, 30 April, on the exclusive King's Road in Chelsea. Our Head of Agency, Jon Summers, and Head of Farm Agency, Andrew Tuffin, were joined by property specialists Anabel Merriman and Matthew Edmunds, forming a strong team to represent our diverse property portfolio.The event, which brings together leading country and coastal property firms from across the UK, benefited from fabulous spring weather, drawing a flurry of enthusiastic prospective buyers from London and the Home Counties.
Jon Summers commented, “We enjoyed a very productive day meeting many buyers looking to relocate from both the capital and surrounding areas to our region. The appeal of a slower pace of life, proximity to the coast, and the beauty of the countryside remains a powerful draw. It was especially encouraging to speak with young families hoping to make the Wessex region their home, including one family whose requirement included space to land a helicopter, as well as investors and speculators showing keen interest across the board.”
