The Symonds & Sampson Spring property forum held in The London Office last Thursday was well-supported by buyers genuinely considering their move to the country.
Meeting with potential purchasers, Head of Agency Jon Summers reported "It’s much easier to discuss factors such as commuting distance, local amenities, schools – and even where the best dog walks are when face to face looking at a map, then we can match them to the most suitable properties in those areas."
Meanwhile, Auction Manager, Meredith Holmes launched a 27-property catalogue for our next auction to be held on 20 April in Sherborne. There was particular interest in the development and investment property entered, and in the ‘wild card’ – an established ice cream kiosk on the seafront in Lyme Regis, which captured the imagination of some dreaming of a coastal lifestyle.
Our next opportunity to meet buyers face to face in London will be at The popular London & Country Property Show on 16th May, if you are considering selling this year and would like your property featured, please call Jon Summers on 01305 251154 or contact our residential experts in your nearest office.
