Symonds & Sampson's Head of Auctions, Meredith Holmes, visited The London Office on Friday to launch the catalogue for our 18 April collective property auction.It is an exciting auction as Meredith explains “We have 21 lots in Dorset, Somerset and Cornwall including residential properties to renovate, building plots, commercial buildings, and agricultural land. We are selling lots on behalf of executors, trustees, and private individuals." She went on to add that if early levels of interest are anything to go by, it promises to be a very interesting auction.”
