Post-Budget Agricultural Seminars

Symonds & Sampson has been proud to participate in several post-budget seminars in recent weeks. Presenting alongside fellow professionals at venues across the region, the seminar has focused on offering advice to the farming community in light of changes to Agricultural Inheritance Tax and Succession Planning.

Speakers delivered practical insights to help safeguard the future of farming. As Chartered Surveyors, our input mainly centred on tax planning, valuation, business analysis, and an eye for new opportunities, particularly in diversification and restructuring.

Meanwhile, in Salisbury, Chris Powell was a guest presenter at an NFU Wiltshire Tenants meeting last week, offering insights into the latest policy developments impacting tenant farmers and how to get the latest updates on local land market rents.
