Symonds & Sampson in Blandford were delighted to receive instructions to sell new houses at The Woodpecker in Spetisbury recently, on behalf of the developer Addis Homes Group. David Price, Residential Manager and colleagues were swiftly in action, delivering a bespoke marketing campaign which included organising and promoting an open house event last weekend.On the day itself, David greeted a prospective purchaser who chanced the opportunity to drop in on the day hoping to take a look. They were so impressed by the houses that they made an offer on one of the properties and a sale was agreed - within just 10 days of Symonds & Sampson being instructed.
