Symonds & Sampson held their March auction in Wimborne on 19 March and enjoyed great success as properties in Dorset and Somerset went under the hammer, as Auction Partner Meredith Wallis explains.“In addition to good attendance in the room, there were plenty of online and proxy bidders following the auction, which, with our first West Country showcase at The London Office just next week, is encouraging. Despite unsettling world events, especially in the Middle East, it is reassuring to see such confidence in purchasing property in the southwest.”

- Land at Mosterton sold for 14% above guide
