The annual London & Country Property Show was held at Chelsea Old Town Hall yesterday. Peter Grout-Smith, Kirsty Simpson and Richard Taylor represented Symonds & Sampson at the popular annual event hosted by The London Office. Member Estate Agents from across the country gather to showcase their particular area of the country to clients considering a property move.We welcomed visitors to view a selection of some of our finest properties for sale while enjoying a ‘taste of the west country’ with refreshments kindly donated by Langham and Olives Et Al.
Richard observed that attendance increased as the day went on, while Peter reported positive discussions with potential purchasers, some of whom were registered applicants, others earlier in their search. Conversations led to a better understanding of a client’s priorities, be it communications, community, amenities or in one case a cultural environment, and from these conversations, referrals could then be passed to colleagues back in our offices for viewing appointments to be made.
