Country Matters 2023 has arrived! Packed with useful and informative articles about all things property, about the local region and more, there's bound to be something of interest, so why not drop into your nearest office to collect your copy?

Senior Partner and editor Mark Lewis says “As usual, this year’s magazine has been put together by many colleagues within the firm who write articles, suggest ideas for content and contribute to some of the more avant-garde pages.

“There are articles from all our departments, professional, planning and development, agriculture, agency, and auctions as well as articles about fraud. We hope there is something for everyone to read.
“You may also learn something new about the history of our region, whether that might be Mary Shelley, The Schindler of Swanage, Smugglers, Fossil Hunters, Christine Keeler or The Fovant Badges. You might enjoy the short stories or become inspired to take up ‘kitchen bridge’.

“Almost all articles are written by people within the firm, but we have also included a handful of articles from external contributors including Artsreach, on subjects as diverse as the history of old houses, and, perhaps slightly controversial view on the reintroduction of Beavers.

“No doubt the most popular pages will be from the summer shows where thousands of clients and friends drop into our stand and, hopefully, have their photograph taken”.

Country Matters is a great read, it’s free, so please call into your nearest Symonds & Sampson office to collect your copy.
