- Please be aware of scam pages. The only account that will contact you about this giveaway is Symonds & Sampson. Neither the Promoter nor the Event Organiser will send friend requests, ask you to click on any links, request that you input your details or pay a fee to claim the prize.

- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

- Only one entry per Instagram account will be entered into the competition
- Bicton Arena reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition at any time and reject entries from entrants who do not enter into the spirit of the competition.
- The opening date for entries is 18.00 hrs on Saturday, 29 March 2025. The closing time for the prize draw is 18:00 hours on Sunday, 6 April 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
- One winner will receive the prize of a one-day family ticket to Bicton Arena International Horse Trials, including 2 adults and 2 children aged 12-17 years. The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted by the social media account they used to enter by 17:00 hrs on Tuesday, 8 April 2025.
- If a winner does not claim their prize by 17:00 on Friday, 11 April 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner following the process described above.
- The Promoter will contact the winners, and on accepting the prize within the given timescale, their details will be forwarded to the Event Organiser for delivery of the prize by email
- Any costs incidental to fulfilling the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Each winner is responsible for providing their correct email address. Neither the Event Organiser nor the Promoter accepts responsibility for any lost prizes, and replacements cannot be provided.
- The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- All prizes are subject to availability. All information and prices detailed are accurate as of the time of publication and may be subject to change.
