Distinction and TWO prizes – a memorable graduation day for Beth Rutterford

Our heartfelt congratulations to Beth Rutterford, who graduated from Harper Adams University yesterday. After three years of hard work, she passed her Degree in Rural Estate and Land Management with Distinction.

Beth was also awarded two prizes by the University,

• the RICS Postgraduate Prize for consistent engagement with the course and developing her professional network while representing RICS and Harper Adams with professionalism and respect.
• the Blackhall & Powis Award for the highest overall grade in Postgraduate Land and Property Management!

Beth joined the Rural & Professional Department in Devizes last year, where Chris Powell, Partner, couldn’t be more proud.  “Alongside quickly becoming a valued member of our office and gaining the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike, Beth has studied hard. To see her efforts pay off with a distinction and two prizes is a huge achievement, and we truly are thrilled for her. She is a tremendous asset to our firm, and we are so lucky to have her”.

Beth continues to study for her APC and CAAV exams, and we have no doubt she will sail through those, too!
