Today, 31st March, we say farewell - with sincerest thanks - to Partner Andrew Carless. Andrew joined us in the mid-1990s and has grown alongside the firm. At that time, we were a smaller, more bespoke practice, still defining our identity. We were primarily land agents and auctioneers, with residential sales and lettings supporting our core clients.Over the years, we have evolved into a broad-based professional firm with an enviable reputation - a transformation to which Andrew has made a significant contribution. Few people have such a deep understanding of the business, and his knowledge across accountancy, agency, auctions, professional work, software, and compliance (I am not sure that word was in our dictionary when he joined) has been truly impressive.
We wish Andrew a long and happy retirement.
