London Property Showcase

Our agents are heading to The London Office in November for our final West Country Property Showcase of 2023. The show is an effective way to connect your property with buyers planning a move to the country.

The London Office, occupying a prominent position in St James's Place, between Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, is a well-known destination for those looking to move out of the Capital. Staffed by an experienced team of property professionals, with eye-catching window displays, the high-profile London & Country Property Show, bi-annual glossy property magazines and close connections with national media and specialist property journalists; the London Office can ensure that properties offered for sale by Symonds & Sampson reach a wider audience of buyers, both in London, across the UK, and internationally around the globe.

In addition to the London & Country Property Show, Symonds & Sampson hold exclusive Property Showcases at The London Office each Spring and Autumn. Residential Manager Peter Grout-Smith is a regular attendee at The London Office events, and although the internet is generally the first port of call for house hunters, found last year that nothing beats face-to-face agency. 'Potential buyers appreciate the opportunity to have a knowledgeable, relaxed, and friendly discussion with residential experts, be it for a new build, investment, holiday, or principal homes before travelling. Advice on schools, commuting times, and communities are hard to fathom from afar, and being able to hone that information to identify suitable search areas before travelling is invaluable.

He went on to say that ‘Demand from London and Home County buyers continues to influence the regional market, and we have agreed on sales to many properties to buyers relocating to the area'.
If you are considering a move and would like your property to feature in our November Property Showcases, please contact Peter on 01305 251154 or your local Symonds & Sampson office to arrange a market appraisal, and we’ll come and tell you more.

If you have instructed another agent on a sole agency and/or sole selling right basis, the terms of these instructions must be considered to avoid the possible liability of paying two commissions.
