Symonds & Sampson has secured planning permission to redevelop a former farm yard with eight new dwellings. The new development consists of two new build homes and the sensitive conversion of existing buildings, and building of another six homes. Whilst there were a number of challenges, including ecology, drainage and highways, officers supported the proposed development, stating it would enhance the character and appearance of the area.“We are really pleased with the development" comment Symonds & Sampson's planning experts, "it is a wonderful scheme that will give new purpose to a redundant farm yard and greatly enhance the local area”.
