The River Laboratory at East Stoke is a purpose-built freshwater facility on an immediate site of approximately 11.8 acres. Established in the late 1960's the River Laboratory is home to various tenants and comprises 49 rooms in a mixture of offices, laboratories, library* and conference facilities together with various additional experimental facilities and residential accommodation. This is sold with 7.6 acres of river bank land and exclusive fishing rights comprising approximately of 2552 yards of single bank and 284 yards of double bank of the River Frome.

Lot 2 Original farmhouse and outbuildings
