Following the Government announcement on lifting of some measures within the Estate Agency sector and subsequent clarification of detail, we are pleased to confirm that our Residential Agency departments will be swiftly implementing safe working practices to enable appointments to take place.

Please note:

• An appointment system will be in place for both visits to our offices and for external meetings, therefore please contact us to arrange your appointment.
• All appointments both within our offices or outside will only be conducted in accordance with standard anti-Coronavirus protocols regarding hygiene and distancing and subject to assurance regarding your health and exposure to Coronavirus.
• Until further notice we will be requesting that you provide your own face covering/mask and gloves for all appointments. Failure to do so will likely result in the appointment being postponed or cancelled.
• The safety of our clients and staff is our priority, and whilst we will do all we can to arrange appointments as requested, the wishes of our clients and availability of staff may mean delays to or re-scheduling of appointments, we will do the best we can to accommodate your requirements and ensure you are notified accordingly

Meanwhile, our commercial, agricultural and professional departments continue to operate remotely, and will respond to emails and telephone calls. The health and safety of our clients and staff remains our priority, and we thank you for your patience during these uncertain times.
