Young Rural Business Forum June

The aim is to build a strong network of contacts and, in an informal and relaxed format (with plenty of food and drink), provide informative and innovative speakers and vital information to allow you to grow your business and develop skills to suit it. We want to support the next generation of rural business in any way we can. The social aspect is key too and there will be opportunities to network and have fun along the way.

The key is that you drive the agenda and subjects important to you and the business in which you work.

Some subjects that may be covered include

  • Preparing a bank funding proposal
  • Making the most out of the land/assets you have
  • Getting benefit from tax reliefs and allowances for your business
  • Managing succession and family matters

The date for the forum is Wednesday 12th June from 7.00pm, and the venue is Kingston Maurward, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 8PY

New members are always welcome, to book your place please email Paula Whitehead, Events Manager at Porter Dodson or phone 01823 625826
