London was looking glorious in the sunshine on Tuesday, and it was lovely to return to Chelsea Old Town Hall on the Kings Road for this year’s London and Country Property Show.
Partner Richard Taylor from the Dorchester office, Residential Manager Peter Grout-Smith from the Poundbury office and Assistant Manager Anabel Merriman from the Sturminster Newton office represented Symonds & Sampson.
They reported an exciting day in Chelsea with a variety of visitors to our stand including an architect looking for a project and potential auction purchase, and buyers looking for a coastal holiday home around £400,000, and a number of prospective buyers seeking a second home in the Wessex region either to be near prep schools or for a bolt hole to enjoy our beautiful countryside and spend time with all the family along with other families looking for high end properties between £2-£5m so a complete variety of buyers.
Our thanks go to Dorset based companies Thomas Fudges Remarkable Bakery and Olives Et Al who kindly donated some delicious food on our stand which our visitors thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you to Bob Bickersteth and Milly English at The London office for organising the event which was supported by Country Life Magazine and allowed us the opportunity to showcase our properties to the London buyers.
Contact your local Symonds & Sampson office to find out how we can take your property to a wider audience and help you with your property journey.
