The hugely popular London & Country Property Show returns in May after a two year absence, and our residential agents will be there.
Property marketing changed during the pandemic, and the internet become pivotal as the ‘shop window’ for house hunters. However, as Symonds & Sampson’s agents found when they were in London in October however, nothing beats face to face agency. Speaking after the forum, Residential Sales Manager Peter Grout-Smith said “Potential buyers appreciate the opportunity to have a knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly discussion with residential experts, be it for new build, investment, holiday or principal homes before travelling. Advice on schools, commuting times, communities are hard to fathom out from afar, and being able to hone that information to identify the most suitable search areas before travelling is invaluable”.
Organised by The London Office, firms from across the country will be showcasing property from the region to potential buyers, who are attracted to the show from London, the Home Counties and who have in the past flown in from across Europe for the event.
Head of Agency at Symonds & Sampson Jon Summers is looking forward to the event. ‘Demand from London and Home County buyers continues to influence the regional market, and we have agreed sales to many properties to buyers relocating to the area.
If you are considering a move and would like your property to feature in the London & Country Property Show, contact your local Symonds & Sampson office to arrange a market appraisal, and we’ll come and tell you more.
