Symonds & Sampson’s successful Axminster Agricultural team are expanding this autumn with the arrival of Annabel Douglas MRICS, a Rural Chartered Surveyor.
RICS registered valuer Annabel, who grew up close to the Dorset / Devon border, will offer a range of professional services, focusing on all aspects of planning, environmental management schemes, BPS, farm & estate management and carry out professional valuations for probate, capital gains tax and secured lending,. Having previously worked as a Planning Officer, Annabel is extremely well versed in how the planning system operates locally.
