Symonds & Sampson - Stronger & Stronger

Rosie Chandler and Ashleigh Stokes have joined our Agricultural and Professional office in Salisbury.  Recently working on a highly diversified Estate, Rosie has been involved in all aspects of commercial, agricultural and residential portfolios. Prior to that, she worked as a Land Management Advisor within Natural England so brings with her a wide range of experience and understanding. Rosie is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and in January passed her APC becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Ashleigh joins the office as a Graduate Rural Surveyor after completing her Master’s Degree in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University in 2021. Ashleigh has a keen interest in agriculture having grown up on her family farm in Wiltshire and is an active member of the Devizes Young Farmers Club.

Sales Negotiator Imogen Judd recently joined our Blandford office, and has already made a good impression with clients and established a creditable sales record.  Dorset born and bred, Imogen returns to the county after a 6-year stint working in sales in London.

Meanwhile, recent moves within the firm have created an all-female ‘dream team’ with over 110 years of experience between them in our Ilminster office.  Kirsty Simpson, Georgie Wakinshaw, Julie Moore, Rebecca Reeves and Melissa Runcieman have known each other for over 20 years, and with extensive knowledge of the area and the property market, are perfectly placed to help you with your next property move.  With a 5* rating on Google, and a reputation for excellent customer service and attention to detail, they are very much the team to have on your side.

In recent months, we’ve also welcomed Emma Blandamer to our Marketing department in Poundbury, and Alice Wood and Julie King joining the Agricultural and Auction departments respectively in Sturminster Newton.

With 16 regional offices, our staff are well placed to offer advice on all matter of residential, agricultural and commercial property matters. Contact us
