Symonds & Sampson are back in town

Head of Agency Jon Summers, Peter Grout-Smith, Anabel Merriman and consultant Richard Taylor were delighted to be back in the capital meeting prospective buyers today. Speaking after the well-attended show at the stunning Chelsea Old Town Hall, Jon reported a through-flow of motivated buyers looking to exchange the hustle and bustle of city life for the joys of country living.

Our stand proved particularly popular with visitors who were treated to local delights generously provided by Olives Et-Al, Langham Estate and KS cakes whilst browsing the properties in our showcase, and gleaning invaluable local information on homes and areas for their relocation or second home. ‘We’ve attended the show for many years now, and visitors always comment on how beneficial it is to meet property experts face to face’ commented Jon, adding ‘the internet is a great source of information, but there is no substitute for face-to-face conversations with knowledgeable local experts.’

Our agents return from London with an enhanced database of registered buyers, all keen to make their move to the country in the coming months, and reinforced links to The London Office and the member network of agents throughout the country.
