Chartered Surveyors Symonds & Sampson are delighted to welcome Town planner Katie Tregay to the firm.
Brought up on a farm near Sherborne in Dorset, Katie gained a Master’s Degree in Planning following her completion of a 4 year course at UWE in Bristol. After working for a company specialising in telecommunication masts she joined Wiltshire Council as a planning officer and spent 5 years with the authority.
Partner and head of Symonds & Sampson’s professional department, Edward Dyke, said “Our planning work has increased enormously over the past five years and we now advise clients on everything from extensions, new builds, Class Q permitted development sites, agricultural buildings, through to multiple sites and larger strategic planning opportunities.
"Katie brings a huge amount of knowledge and experience and will be a great asset to all 16 offices covering 5 counties throughout the firm.”
Katie says ”Being from a farming background I have known and followed Symonds & Sampson’s progress over the years and I have always admired their quality professional advice. I already have an interesting workload and look forward to working with clients across the region”
